My question is, would a clutch actuator lever from a dommi/atlas make my clutch easier to pull in.
Please no essays on clutch stack height. All my plates are good size.
Tried another plain plate & it just made the clutch slip.

ButI haven't tried it.
The stack height is the key an as much has been written about it as isolastic clearance. But as with both get them right and the bike will be a joy to ride.

Hi Gary
I have been up and down the stack height thing on my Mk3 and as you say an extra 2mm steel plate also made mine slip during spirited riding. I had a better result replacing one of the standard 2mm steel plates with a 3mm steel from RGM it improved the heavy lever situation with out any slip. I went on to make a hydraulic conversion for the final step.

The actuator lever inside the box does benefit from a liitle re profiling with a oilstone to remove the sharp bump.

Or you can trim it with a dremel to the profile as stated by David Comeau here on the drawing attached.
