Hi All
Does anyone have any tips for removing carbon deposits from cylinder head and ports? I've been using wire wool , brake cleaner and elbow grease which works quite well but I am struggling to clean around valve guides before I remove the.

A local Vapour/Vapor/Aqua blasting man was doing special deals in my area, in order to raise his profile. I got a Commando head done for just £10. In this part of the UK that's equivalent to 2 pints and no change so it was easily worth it.
