Evening and greetings from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada!
I've disassembled my ES2's front wheel. When removing the spokes the flange the spokes connect to on the right side of the hub all but fell off. Is this part supposed to be a press fit vs welded? There is no indication it was ever welded.
Bonus question: The flange actually looks a bit rough where the spokes connect. Any thoughts?

I would look into replacing that hub, Norvil Motors does offer a 7 inch front hub in their catalog. You might try contacting them, your hub looks pretty scary to me. http://www.norvilmotorcycle.co.uk/
