Hi folks
I'm restoring a '53 No. 7 dommie and am looking for a fuel crossover - at least that's what I think it's called. It links both fuel taps neatly. The one that was fitted has been butchered and the machine deserves a new chrome one.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Ken

Hello what you need is two banjoes too fit in between the two taps , and fit a pipe too them , Hope this helps
Hi Anna
Thanks for that. I certainly have the 2 banjos which are brass, I think, but I wondered if anyone supplied new crossovers which would save having to have something made up chromed.
Ken
Hi Ken, I'm not too sure…
Hi Ken,
I'm not too sure about the '53 Dommy 7 (I have a '54 88), but you may find that one of the two taps is for the "reserve" fuel supply. If so, don't turn them both on, or you may have a long push to the next petrol station! This is the set-up on a Commando, and, you may be able to use the Commando fuel pipe.
All the best with your restoration,
John.
Thanks for the advice, Joh…
