Hi Todd, last year I purchased a Navigator wiring harness from an ebay trader called 5*fleamarket who specialises in manufacturing classic bike wiring harnesses and it has proved reliable although I had to re-solder a couple of bullet connectors.   I have just checked and he is still advertising them but doesn't list one for an Electra but if you contact him via ebay he might be able to help - sadly I cant find his phone number.   Alternatively our electrical expert Al Osborn sells wiring harness kits with all the correct coloured wires and connectors so you can make your own up - particularly useful if you are planning on using a modern regulator / rectifier and including a capacitor.   His website www.aoservices.co.uk has lots of advice and his phone number - its often worth a chat to understand what solution you want to pursue.   Good luck!  Nick

The wiring for the Electra & Navigator are similar, with the exeption that original Navigator harnesses had a resistor wire in circuit to control charging. Modern harnesses do not allow for this & assume you will be running 12v with a regulator/rectifier and a two wire output from the alternator. If your alternatotor has 3 wires still, join orange & green together to make one wire & the white wire forms the 2nd one. Al Osborn (or I) will be able to help adapt a new Navigator harness for use on an Electra.
