Roger, open the "Parts Commissioning" tab of the Forums and you will find a whole thread on this item, which is actively being considered for manufacture.

We considered renovating existing followers, with an exchange system for selling them - but sadly, that has proved unviable. New ones are in the process of being commisioned - Peter H will have more news on this project.

The NOC had them made and are now for sale I bought 4 just a couple of weeks ago
