Paddock Van for Sale
The NOC has decided to dispose of its Events Van, a professionally fitted-out 2007 Mercedes Sprinter Extra-Long Wheelbase Hi-Roof model powered by the 2.15ltr 4-cylinder diesel engine c/w manual 6-speed gearbox, ideal as a paddock-wagon.
This is internally panelled in aluminium ‘diamond’ plate to provide a 2-bike rear-bay ‘garage’ with multiple tie-down points accessed through the double rear-doors, a central soft-lined ‘living’ area with sofa-seating, a micro-wave cooker, sink-unit, flat-screen TV, storage cupboards and a double-bed sleeping platform above the bike-garage, all accessed through the sliding near-side door. The driving-cab is separated by a bulkhead, and contains a driver’s seat and double-passenger seat c/w seat-belts. There’s a full-length wind-out awning along the near-side, branded Norton Owners Club, as are some body-panels. They will be rendered “Norton’ rather than “Norton Owners Club” on disposal
Whilst its mileage is around 220,000, a few years ago it benefitted from an entire replacement exchange/refurbished engine and gearbox, which has now covered less than 30,000 miles. The front disks and pads have recently been replaced, as has the steering rack.
