changing my 56 19s cafe racer back to normal. just wondering if anyone knows the measurement of the mudguard grab rail arrowed in the photo. the bike had some short home made ones on it originally. bike is not standard nor is the mudguard it looks to be off a matchless with a rib down the centre
thanks. Barry

thanks Neil, will see if i can drop on some. no rush i was just trying to establish where the mudguard position should be using the measurement. looks as though its missing about 4 inches from the front, i would have to add that to bring it roughly into position.
Dan, its a brake arm i had made up some time ago its an inch longer than standard. i am putting an original one back on.

Hello Barry,
I bought a pair for my 57 Model 50 but I can't find the e-mail address of the maker. I did supply the details to the club.
Anyway, the man who makes such things is based in Cumbria. He supplies to RGM, though not his full range. RGM, if not the club, should be able to put you in touch.
Not being standard was not an issue, just give him your measurements but hurry, he was thinking about retiring. I was hoping the club would get well stocked before then...
