I have recently acquired a Norton Jubilee in bits with no V5. I am missing a few obvious parts but i think the bike is about 75% all there. I do have a registration plate, 900 DOW, and have contacted the DVLA reference this number. By their response i am assuming this number has not been reallocated so i am keen to apply for a new V5. The V5 requests VIN, chassis or frame number. I cannot find a frame number on the frame at all but i have found one on the engine being 17/105259/P. Does anyone know if this engine number is the same as the frame number or where the frame number should be located?
