Were these frames made from precious metal this year or what as I'm stunned at what this piece of scrap is selling for considering I bought a decent one from Mick Hemmings a few weeks ago for £300.00?

I suppose I should get mywideline frame out of the rain and covered up given the prices they go for!

Wrong. You should uncover it and put it out in the rain to develop what is known in eBay terms as a patina [rust] in order to increase its value.

It will be easier to straighten those bent front downtubes now that the tubes around the headstock are very flexible (or crumbly).
