The brackets for the coil are located in 1/4" Cycle nuts trapped under a folded bracket. This is fine for the smaller twins but a real pain with the Electra's stiffening brackets as you can't get a spanner on the nut.
So I made a couple of little blocks out of scrap aluminium that fit in the gap and don't need a spanner. Drilled and tapped 1/4" Cycle (yes I know it should be a coarse thread in alloy but there's only a small load her).
