Can't answer your question Sam but for the best part of £200 I would put that towards a Corbin Gunfighter seat, Roadsters were made for them.

Sorry I can't be more helpfull.

Depends which one you mean. I have the full size 'cafe' seat based on standard pan. Bought from Mick H in 06 for £95. made by Hobart seats in UK. He doesn't have a website. As its full size its also full fat and comfy though not the sleekest thing as a seat. Have pics if you want.

Hi Sam, I have used the seat Kieth mentioned which I also bought from Mick Hemming a couple of years ago for about £120. It was well made and comfortable and looked good (not as good looking as the Corbin in my opinion) I took it of recently as I was taking a pillion and it was a single seat only.

BTW On another subject I have a Triumph T160 (which was owned by you a few years back) I replaced the mag wheels with standard. I'm having problems getting hold of a Speedo Drive ring for the rear wheel, I got all the spacers from LP Williams but the Speedo Drive Ring is out of stock. I thought you may know where I can get one from your long association with Triumph Triples. I've tried bike jumbles etc but no luck

Thanks for the replies fellas

Keith, I would appreciate a couple of pics if you could address is trident.sams@virgin.net

Colin, I'm not too keen on the Corbin seat, and I'm not even sure why, there's just something about it I don't like, but thanks for your reply.

John,I will have a good look at the w/end for a drive ring as I'm sure I've got one somewhere amongst the junk. If so you are welcome to it .

Hope the T160 is behaving itself.

I got my Roadster hump seat from Mick Hemmings this week, worth waiting for.

He has another Roadster one and two Interstate versions in stock if anyone is interested.

Full whack thru all the gears and you wont be sliding off the back of the bike, repeatedly shuffling your backside forward! Enjoy it.

I have the Roadster and Interstate Hobart seats from Mick and they work very well, shaped 100% in foam covered invinyl means you could in an emergency still carry a passenger plus it stops stop you sliding off the bike.
