Having searched for a while for information about the '61 650SS steering stop plate, I contacted Andover Norton. Normally, a supplier who doesn't stock an item simply says "Sorry, don't have one, mate" and that's it. Nick Hopkins the M.D. went a lot further. He sent me a set of free drawings of a similar item so I could see how it worked, so I could make an adaptation of that one for mine.
