750 electric start

Hi Neil.

How is the electric starter working,any problems to report. I am thinking about fitting one to my bike.

Hi - yes I'm also interested in your findings - I'm retiring at Christmas and I'm going to treat myself to one of these as a retirement present to myself to fit to my 920. I'm awaiting the belt drive version which is supposed to be 'imminent'.

As far as I am aware the Alton unit is only for the Commando, see:-

I don't know of anyone making an electric start for the earlier Nortons.

I anyone know differentthen please let me know.
