Yes, get it refurbed and make the dial change part of the refurb or buy a dual and diy but it's not for the faint hearted.

You need a lathe and a soft…
You need a lathe and a soft alloy tool or some other way to hold the body softly allowing it to turn slowly and a roller on a toolpost to roll the bezel over the side. One of these days I will set my lathe up to do this.

As long as it's a Smiths Speedo then dial changes are possible.
