Hello Pete, I have a contact down your way (Lostwithiel I think) who runs his own small engineering business. He's a biker too, had a Commando and a T140 among others, so knows what's what. He doesn't have the facility to do regrinds, so he'll put on his thinking cap. His first thought was Bunts of Trelights, but he doesn't know if they're still in business.
Will make some enquiries next week, I'll let you know as soon as he comes back with any suggestions.

Give T&L a try in Bedford, as they do every thing for both cars, and bikes, and they will be well versed in regrinding Norton crankshafts.
