Due to the current restrictions caused by the COVID-19 emergency, the DVLA are presently only prioritising essential work. We regret therefore that applications for registrations (NOC 2, 3 & 4) cannot currently be processed by the club.
NOC 1‘s (Factory Record Checks) are still available but there may well be delays in the process. If in doubt and especially regarding Commando`s, please check with the Record Officers for further advice.
