What's the difference?

as far as i know yes, the machines are all the same, you could make it a hi rider or a fastback as well. the earlier models have different crown lugs and rear wheels but after 71 all are similar untill the MK3. what is the number? is this a combat? would you then bemaking itan "Interbat" haha

Originally, the '72 Interstate would have had the low level silencers and appropriate brackets. You'd need to change those as well to leave no clues to its former trim type (but many Commandos have had several incarnations so they may be Roadster type already).
