Just adding a little more info which may be useful.

Some of the larger size threads, but not all, are still CEI/Cycle/BSC but only have 20tpi. The wheel spindles are one example. The sump plug, exhaust ports and plugsare also not 26tpiwhereas, the yoke stem is.

Also, do watch outbecause on the Norton Dominator there are a couple of BSF and other strange threads lurking around to catch people out.

The banjo bolts for the rocker oil feed are 5/16" BSF at 22tpi. I believe this is the same thread for the blanking bolt that sits at thegearbox sideof the timing cover. On some Dommies, it is belowthe pressure release valve.

The rear rocker cover uses a stud with a 5/16" CEI thread atoneendbut has a BSF thread into the head.

Both the oil tank and primary chaincase drain bolts look like3/8 Cycle threads but are in fact 1/8" Gas Pipe threads. However, bolts sporting the cycle thread will usually fit if there is a littlewear somewhere.

I am alsofairly certainthat the gearbox uses 1/4" BSF bolts to hold the outer cover in place but with the same thread count as Cycle items.

The Fork leg drain plug is also BSF asare those holding the rear chain guardin place.

The mention of forks reveals another contradiction of Norton Dommie parts. All the forksteelbits have Cyclethreads which is a sensible choice. However, down at the fork stay mounting ears, the factory also chose to cut 5/16" Cycle threads through the Alloy. This was a strange choice for such a weather vunerable part of the bike and corrosion often takes its toll in this area.
