'nother question, the book states a 10ah battery for the Commando, however I have a Boyer fitted, the original type, and I'm told they don't like having low power so would a 12ah or even larger be beneficial? gotta buy a new one anyway.kind regards
It is low voltage the Boyer Ignition does not like, not low power. The ah rating of the battery will not make much difference.
As long as the charging system is working ok, then the voltage will be ok.
