silencers

Does anyone know if the cigar shaped silncers as fitted to a '59 '88' are still available please, i have only seen the later ones which bump up at the top just behind the front pipe connection, thanks

I think these silencers are manufactured in England by Armours:

I think they might be the HDSN1A type (best check)

priced at £67 each plus the nasty old VAT of course.

I also note that on page 29 of the Armours catalogue, there is a drawing showing a straightersilencer so I guess this is more likely to be the one.

The silencer is coded. HDSN1 and similar price but no photo available.

This is listed for the years '59-67 whereas the first one I mentioned is for '54-59, so yours is in the transition period I guess.
