I accidently connected my battery with negative ground. I have a new alternator, rebuilt magneto, and Mitymax rectifier. Could anything have been damaged?

Mag isn't affected since it isn't connected to battery. Alternator won't care. But solid state rectifier might be.. you'll find out if battery doesn't charge. Good luck.. and please report back.

Should be a fuse in the ci…
Should be a fuse in the circuit to protect against reversed connections. Check to see if blown. I think the only sensative part is the voltage regulator which is generally inside the reg/rectifier box.
