Hi All now being September…
Hi All now being September i am still waiting.I have been told that the owner of this site has died and the store has closed .I can't get any information about what is happening .
An other e-bay store "theautostopuk" has the same items ,same wording for items, same phone no and same reluctance to reply to e-mails.When i phoned them i spoke to a person called William who"at first"said that he was not the same William (i spoke to at classicbritishmotorcyles  .He finaly said he was ,could i send him all the e-mails i had sent and he would look into it .Does anyone know any more .

Did you pre-pay for the parts you ordered?
If you paid by credit card I would contact the credit card company and stop payment.
What parts did you order? Certainly they should be available somewhere else.

I've bought from them in the past without problems but, as I guess you know, they have no current listings on eBay. The phone number is 0871 9766 820 and email is enquiries@classicbritishmotorcycles.com. I expect you've tried these. Steve, you should have started a dispute a long time ago! It's too late now and I suppose you paid through PayPal as all sellers have to offer this method. You might try complaining to them, but this should have been done months ago.
Good luck, Lionel

I have recently dealt with this supplier via ebay. It took a long time to get the correct parts, a balanced exhaust. Their communications are poor and supplied incorrect parts at first which created further problems for both parties. I do not know how they have such a good ebay rating. To get any action its best to phone them, as i did many times!
