mysterious washer

i am rebuilding my bike and just putting together the gearbox and primary and i seem to have a washer i cant identify can anyone help

Atattchment does not open.  It could be the file size, or just the way you loaded it.

Guessing blind.......This could be the gearbox top mounting spacer washer or one of the shims used to help align the clutch drum sprocket with the engine sprocket.
