Powder coating is as diverse as painting in types of powder, so be sure to specify a brake fluid proof powder or if not available use silicone fluid if you go that route.

Hi Roy
I believe AN powder coat their new master cylinders. If you are stripping and resealing caliper and master cylinder you could look at using silicone fluid, it it's not hygroscopic and wont damage paint.
