Hello Nortoneers!
I am not sure if this post should be here, or in electrical?
I need to order 3 new screws to hold down the headlamp panel on the Lucas MCH58 headlamp on my '57 model 77. I have a screw that fits the hole (but has the wrong head) it has a diameter of .155, and has a thred pitch somewhere between 34 TPI & 36 TPI (my pitch gage has no sizes between those two). I know that a5/32 CEI had a dia. of .1563 with 32 TPI & a 3BA has a diameter of .161 with 34.8 TPI. Neither of these seem to match, but I am leaning tward the 3ba as I know the 32 TPI for the CEI is not correct. The Lucas Part number is 106491 & the washer is part numer 185026. Also, can anyone tell me what shape head this screw would have?
Thanks,
Skip Brolund
