Dommie standard 99 paint colours

Forums

I know it's previously been asked by a member and reply was posted by Anna Dixon, but I'm a little confused still. Anna, you say silver and dove grey tank, is that correct or is it just silver-grey? (like the 650ss). Would the standard colour mudguards be black if you didn't have chrome? My bike was manufactured May 1960 and I just need the standard 99 trim, thanks for any help, Rob.

I'm still in touch with theprevious owner, he had this Dommie since 1965, it was red when he purchased it. I've nearly finished strippingthe bike down, no signs of any colour other than red so Ibelieve it's a red original. Thanksfor your comments and suggested contact.
