Derriere not looking good!

Forums

At some point I think that I read the answer to my query not too long ago but I'd like further confirmation via this post if I may.

 Bike; 72 Commando.

Wheels re-spoked front and back, offsets in spec' front wheel is central between the forks. I then clamped a length of m s angle to the rear wheel and set it up with the front wheel, all four points are within a gnat's gonads, happy so far!

What is annoying is that the rear mudguard does not line up with the rear wheel if it is centred inside the rear frame loop. Is this "the" deliberate mistake we are supposed to ignore?

 Best regards.

Paul.

hello,

not a commando

but i bought some commando mudguards for what i called my cafe racer.

i fitted the front mudguard ok. when i came to fit the back muguard it fitted central in the frame .but when i looked from the rear it was out of alignment. i took it off again and noticed that the rolled center line veered off to the left .
