could someone tell me what size the head bolts are on a 850 Mk3 Commando, as I want to make sure I have the right tools to do the job before I start stripping the bike down? I live in Lanzarote so may have to send for the correct tools.

irc it's a 1/4 whitworth - slim socket (britool?) for for the top bolts, and a box spanner for the rear nut below in front of the airbox.
I think an 11mm box spanner is a good fit on the front lower sleeve nuts (cries of sacrilege). I'm sure I'll be corrected if wrong (not at home to check). Just done this 3 times in the past 6 weeks!
