Not really but most serious locking wire applications use stainless steel as per the aviation industry. I would avoid copper household wire but soft iron wire found round the tops of spud sacks should do if it will go through the holes.
If you can get hold of approx 12 inches of armoured cabling - the sort that is used to feed electricity into the home - from an electrician, - I think its the galvanised wire that provides the armouring! -you will have enough to wire lock evey nut on the bike!! They often have odd lengths left over, check the local building firms. Terry

An American company called Morosoproduce a locking stainless steel wire, that i use on all my cam followers locking screws. A company called Real Steel stock it.
