Now that I have the cylinder head off and all is in good order.
Do i need to modifyi the exhaust seats for unleaded fuel.
Or is it Ok to leave as is?

They are hard material an should be fine. As a general rule of thumb it is only cast iron heads where the valve runs directly on the iron head as the valve seat that causes problems with unleaded fuel.
