Having purchased the concentric carbs from RGM with main jet 220 (changed to a 230) slide cut away 3, idle jet 106, pilot jet 17.
Had running faults so made the decision to change the pilot jet 17 and replace it with jet 19.
When I removed the said jet 17 found the pilot jet or air control to be exact to the old mark 1 concentric, the new jet 19 screws in, have not tried to start it as I am not confident that i am not missing something. Any ideas .......

What running faults.
a Premier 17 jet is exactly the same size as the old pilot bush 25 at 17 thou, 19 premier is the same as the old 30 at 19 thou. The premier pilot circuit seems to be more restrictive so a 19 does work as a cure if you need to screw in the pilot air screw too far to get a good tickover or it spits back on opening the throttle.
