Where can I get a 42 tooth rear sprocket/drum for an Atlas ?

RGM in Cumbria. They supplied my brake drum/sprocket to convert my Commando to 520 o ring chain. The Commando item is 530 chain ie 3/8 x 5/8 chain. 520 is 1/4 x 5/8.

I put a 42 tooth Commando drum/sprocket on my Atlas but had to change the 3 sleeve nuts as the threads were different. The part number was 062764 and is for a 3/8" drive chain.

I believe that the stud thread changed from Cycle (on the Atlas) to UNF on the Commando item.

Hello - I have an early commando sprocket, 42t with the 3 securing long bolts fitted it does have some wear but is well useable, if interested I am in N.lLincs, near Brigg, send me a mobile No and you are welcome to inspect. Terry

No problems, good luck with your build, as I understand it the latest dommie/atlas/mercury used the same sprocket fitment with a 43t set-up, the threads that were the other change, before the commando moved to a cush rear hub.
