Height dimensions - Commando 850

Hi am helping a mate repatriate a 73 80 from the US. I need the height at highest point at the speedo/tacho to help with packing the bike. Seat height is not enough info.

850 Height

43" / 109cm is what I come up with, but I have a 3.60 tyre rather than 4.10 so perhaps 1/2" should be added depending on the tyre type. Obviously, handlebars and controls will have to be removed or swivelled, and US bikes generally have high bars.
