Tuning sheet N1 and N2 for 4S cam installation?

Dear All,i was wandering if some of you have and could share a copy of the tuning sheet I have read the factory prepared for the installation of the 4s cam.I understood they were prepared tuning sheet n. one and n. two correct?I am planning installing a 4s cam in my 1970 commando.It has the 28 mm head intakes, and with the 4s cam they will need to be worked I think.Or may be i can just put 32mm carburettos with a matched manifold but leaving the head standard?I am aiming at an enjoyable touing machine, 4s are too extreme or just nice and enjoyable?Thanks to all!EdmondoRome,Italy
