Rear isolastic through bolt

Forums

I have removed the though bolt on the rear isolastic and have noticed one end has more thread than the other. Anybody know which thread to which side as i didnt notice when removing the bolt.

Also i am having a lot of trouble reinstalling this part any tips?

Won't matter which way the bolt goes in. The shorter thread is so the nut doesn't screw on too far, leaving enough thread to get the nut on the opposite end.

Try a car jack under the gearbox or frame to line the hole back up. Maybe screwdrivers & tyre lever to force it around. Make sure you protect what you are levering against. Don't beat a hammer against the thread, put the nut on leaving it a thread or two proud & hit the nut.
