Oil Pressure Sensor

Forums

Recently sourced some appropriate items for the task of adding an oil pressure sensor and warning light to my Commando Mk3.

Installed

A very neat Banjo that has a 1/8" BSP female for attaching the Oil Pressure sensor.

Neat

Modified Stainless Steel Banjo Bolt to complete the job.

All at a low cost! Works a treat

The most expensive item was the original warning light!

Installed

Comments appreciated!

Venhill can supply a Double stainless steel banjo bolt at £8.75 (Plus delivery) but it is just too short for the job (only a few threads engage in the engine).

... something similar for my Commando but fitted it to one of the rocker shaft feeds. Fortunately as it turned out as it failed (my poor soldering) and I got a hot wet leg and could stop in time. If it had been where you fitted yours I may not have noticed....
