Hi all, I've had a look at the old threads to do with this subject, but can't find exactly what I want to know, which is using a single Mk1 on my 850 Mk3, can anyone tell me the size of main jet to try, needle position etc, any help would be much appreciate , cheers, Tony.

When I changed my Atlas from twin carbs to single, I just used one of the original carbs with no changes to the settings. Worked a treat. Still does.

260 main jket, 3 1/2 slide.. Needle to suit, start middle with 2 ring needle.

From memory, just use the same as in the original LH or RH one. At least you can try it to start with.
