Hi, since stripping down my mastercylinder in the spring I've had an insistant weep from between the brakeswitch washer and the body. I've removed the copper washer and annealed it before refitting, I've tried a brand new copper washer and now I'm using an alimunium washer to no avail. The switch itself is probably not oem but it's been driven in using a 1/2" ratchet so it's not loose, anybody suffered this problem before?

Ensure that the thread of…

Ensure that the thread of the switch is not bottoming out in the female portion and preventing correct compression of the sealing washer. Seeing as you have tried different washers, this condition would account for the weep irrespective of what type of washer material you use.
