In RH 338 Iain Young mentioned an ?idle jet? of 0.019" for his ?Premier?.
Is the ?pilot jet? meant?
Those jets are metered in flow rate not in diameter. How to calculate from one system to the other?

Pre premier pilot jets are…
Pre premier pilot jets are marked with flow rate the common one being 25, premier are marked in thou size and the old 25 is marked 17 ie 17 thou diameter and is cleaned with a 16 thou drill.

I think you will find that the main jets are measured fuel flow and all the others are imperial diameters....idle, needle etc. Same with float seat as well, that is bore size. I could be wrong though!
