Halo headlight

Steve, you have been informed correctly. The first Roadsters also had the halo headlight. The only difference between the S and Rmodels that year were the exhaust system.

Have a close look at the side panels on the S and compare them with the Roadster. They are different, the front of the S is more pointed and goes much closer to the cutout in the back of the petrol tank
