The only place you find the right details is with the DVLA, History Search its costs about £20 yours Anna J

You need to print form V888 from DVLA to find details of present keeper, cost is £5.They will usually only give out this info if you were the previous owner and can give them the name and address and date of ownership and a good reason why you need the information
