I recently bought a 1973 750 which has a gold coloured barrel and the initials/letters FBS stamped on the cylinder head. Can anyone she'd any light on this? Thanks for any info. Paul

I don't know about the gold barrel but 'FBS' was Fred Barlow. He died some years ago but had a very good name as a tuner and engineer.
