Slimline seat or seat pan wanted

Published date: November 19, 2020
Modified date: December 19, 2020

Wanted: Slimline seat, either complete or just a bare seat pan. I’m after the post 1960 slimline seat that has the two downward pointing prongs at the back that locate in frame holes near the rear suspension mounts and the metal brackets for the rubber seat buttons about halfway along the seat that rest on the frame rails. There is also a metal tang sticking out from the back of the seat to connect it to the rear mudguard via a Dzus fastener.
I will be getting the seat rebuilt so only the seat pan needs to be in good condition.
Thanks
Tony
