Hi I've just finished my 1936 model 18 and have done just over 100 miles of test runs. The bike feels a little over geared to me with the 21 tooth sprocket that came with it so I'm looking to change this to a smaller one.

Hi All, I am searching to find a supplier for an engine and gearbox sprocket for a 1929 Norton Model 18. The engine shaft taper on these early bikes is smaller than the later machines and the Sturmey Archer gearbox spline is also smaller.

Recently, I bought a set of Model 50 crankcases. Am I right these are from a late alternator model and am I looking at a rev counter drive?

Good evening all, I'm hoping some light can be shed on an issue I currently have. I'm attempting to fit a new kickstart spring, the old one had snapped and appears to have a longer tang welded on.

Hi all I'm new to NOC and to Norton ownership. I purchased a 59 model 50 last year. I did a couple of hundred miles and found that the clutch adjustment at the amc box end was at its limit and still had 1/2 inch of play at the lever end!

Has anyone done this conversion ? Need to know of advantages and disadvantages and any likely issues

I want to fit a side stand to my ~1930 framed model 18. The club lists a bolt on stand part number E2/1014 for years 1945 to 1957. What has to be done to adapt it for my older bike?
