Essex Branch BBQ and Camping Weekend Weeley Essex CO16 9JL Friday the 7th July 2023 to Sunday the 9th July 2023
Arrival at site.
Friday the 7th of July.
Lots of mingling with old and new friends and a fish and chip run to a coastal Essex town in the evening.
Saturday the 8th of July.
Fun and games through the day which should include a run out, destination to be decided. Playing with a steam roller, classic car, an outfit and a LE noddy bike on the field. BBQ for the evening meal.
Sunday the 9th of July.
More mingling with friends before the trip home.
The camp site is owned by Mick Hubbard one of the Essex branch members who has said that people can start arriving on Thursday the 6th of July if they wish and can stay a day or two more if they want.
There are toilets and a portacabin type classroom that has tea and coffee making facilities for all.
Tents, caravans and camper vans all welcome.
Lastly the terrible conversation about money. We have decided to make it as easy as possible, you can stay for one or four nights and the camping weekend and BBQ will cost £25.00 a head and £40.00 for a couple.
