Hi all - I'm trying to email Mal Childs via the link on the Website (i.e. under 'contact') but the email keeps on being rejected - any ideas ?

Good morning Mark,

People are getting rejection messages from email they have sent to me via the nortonownersclub alias.  I seemed to have received several items, I won't promise that I've received all, that have been sent so Mal may have received your message.

I have made White Hot and the webmaster aware of the problems that people seem to have emailing me and hopefully a solution will be found very soon.

At present, the web site defaults to leaving off your e-mail address for contact.  To enable it, you have to log in, click on your login name where it appears towards the top right of the screen and finally click on Personal Preferences.  You can then enter your e-mai address and people will be able to write to you.

We are having a significant number of similar complaints and I am looking into having the web suite designers default everyone in to make it easier; unless that is, they have already expressed a preference to stay out.

Hi Chris - I think you may have the 'wrong end of the stick' - the problem I have is SENDING an email to the quoted address (not receiving) which seems to tie-in with Ian's comment above - -
