frame number

where can i find it on a navigator mine is powder coated over

Possibly on the lug that the pillion pegs are mounted to or on the gusset just in front/on top of this lug. Mine are very faint.

Don't forget that part of the MoT is having a visible frame or "chassis" number which must match the vehicle's registration documents.  If the tester can't read it, he is supposed to give it a "Fail" - it's the same for cars too.
