Interesting Les, I have just bought a second hand Dart screen and have now ordered some brackets from the Dart website - I went for the Triumph Bonneville T100 brackets but I'm sure I will have to modify them or even make a new pair to fit my configuration.

I'll keep you posted as to how I get on later in the week.

Hi Bob,my earlier reply has not appeared for some reason, repeating it,it was just to say thanks for your reply to my question and to say the dart screen looked ideal, the brackets could have been an issue and looking at the t100 brackets the headlight brackets do look similar to the long roadholders, again, thanks

Hi Les,

All fitted and quite easy to do.  I did have to modify the brackets slightly by extending the part that 'leans' on the headlamp bracket.

I cut some aluminium extension pieces and after cleaning off the powder coat from the brackets I super glued the two together in a lap joint and then blended in the joint with car body filler.  Where the brackets rest on the headlamp brackets, I added a rubber pad cut from an inner tube and also used super glue for attachment.  I then sprayed the brackets to match my fork shrouds and headlamp brackets.

I also added some stainless steel spacers outside of the headlamp and used longer headlamp bolts.

And managed to fit my indicators to the new flyscreen brackets.

The screen I got was the 'Marlin' in dark smoke, I would have prefered the light tint but seeing as it cost me £9.99 from ebay, I'm not complaining.
