Timing cover gasket

Does the late 50's ES2 / M50 have a gasket between the c/case and timing cover or is it just assembled with your chosen gasket cement?

Hi Tony, over the years i have found many with thick paper gaskets. But never seen it listed as a part.

Well certainly the '55 ES2 has no listed gasket so it's a case of Wellseal or similar. That's what I used with no probs. George
